This could very easily just mean, assuming this is from a credible source that they have figured out the problem with the channels that are currently down on 91.
There are quite a few channels that were up for the past 2 months that suddenly went down about a week and a half ago.
I guess we'll find out, like i said if the source is credible on saturday though.
