Sometimes small glitches can cause this problem. mountaineer is right though. By loading the factory file after factory default, this will normally fix this type issue. Do the factory default, this will erase all your channels and settings. So, if you don't know them by heart, write them down. After the factory default, then load the factory bin. This will set the STB back to the same settings as it was from the factory. Enter your sat settings after this and scan the sats again. let us know how you do...
