I downloaded the latest file 03-03-09, however I lost many channels (Auto Rolling for ever) what is the problem?

Actually I am still aligned to Echo1 (148 degree), do I have to direct my dish to Anik F3 (118 degree). If so, the same dish and LNB can be used or I have to change them??
