Do you have a green circle on your TV display when you select a channel?
Or do you have 2 green bars on the dish setting page? (same thing)
Because, if you see green, you have a good signal...if you see red...your dead.
Also, we are currently down on CoolSat as of 6PM EST today...so you will need a new bin215 (which will be relaesed later tonight) before you can open channels.
But you can still check for dish signal & tweak dish if needed without a new bin.
