hi i am not sure if i am in the right tread but please help me.

I am looking for someone who can direct me to the a dealer out here in Port Coquitlam BC (lower mainland vancouver) where i can get the right dish,receiver,instalation to get the BRAZILIAN CHANNELS. if someone knows someone out here who does this please contact me.
