If I remember correctly...when I had the same problem with my nexus card,I had to remove it like you did but also reboot the computer without the card then replace the card and reboot again.Also I never did get my card working with prog dvb.I was told it is not friendly with nexus cards.I use my theater and all works well.I would just try re doing everything over but stay away from prog dvb.Hope in some small way this helps!
