a good read. sounds to me like a lot of empty threats from dik and bev. only end-users ever charged happened to be selling pre-programed stb's. duh. if your going to be that bold you should expect to get fined.
also check out ch 125 on dn. saw that last night and got a little chuckle out of it. turns out i'm a pirate. arrr.
