I am trying to get Transponder 12002 and 12033 to pick up the filopino channels. I am getting no signal strength on these two trans. but get a strong signal on trans. 11715 and other transponders. When I go to channels 713,714,715 it says scrambled. Also when I scan the channels it says 118.7 at the top and bottom of the screen. Could it be maybe the skew needs setting for these two transponders? I picked these channels up a week ago but now it says scrambled.Any help would be appreciated...
