As for me my Viewsat Extreme is running without a blink.
Try the suggestion from cisco123. What else can I say.
I hope that you are waiting for the complete loading to take place including the restart of the receiver after it loads. Wait till it says END and then restarts on its own and shows 0000 on the panel if you have done a Factory default prior to loading.
