I have a Sonic View 360 Elite that I haven't received local channels since February on Echo Star 5

LNB OCS-DP
Software Ver 1.84P
Port 1
Frequency 11250

The person I bought it from says no one with this model is receiving local channels and there are no new codes for it according to him. I have tried using the Elite SysCleanFile and it didn't work. Does anyone have any ideas?
