Your solution is simple.....get a dish motor.... it may eliminate the need for a second dish.... as well.... it can be mounted mid pole, it is also adjustable for the thickness of a pole AND it will bring the dish it is attached to out by 8 or so inches giving you more clearance for elevation tilt.
