this may or maynot work ,,but after looking in the help section,, u could try these 2 things ,,, try cloning ur box from the other box,, using this link ,, u should end up with both boxes being identical,,and u should have those channels on both :

u could also try using channel master ,,dump ur channel list from the one box onto ur computer,,,save it,,then send it to other box ,,both then should have same channels :

one other thing u could try ,,is unhook the box with the channels u want,, hook up the one that doesnt have the channels,,and try scanning channels from that cable,,
these are just suggestions,,which may help or may not help ,, good luck
