The elevation is an approximation. Noone dish has the same elevation. All dishes are slightly different. Azimuth is Magnetic and will always be the same. Skew can also vary dish to dish.

So I would adjust the elevation to what was given, then keep adjusting the Azimuth little to left or right to maximize the reading of S & Q.Lock the dish and adjust elevation for maximum reading of S & Q. Most important is Q.
