Re: SONICVIEW SV-HD8000 Q Board installed 8psk built in with dish 1000

Have you got your dish 1000 set up yet?
I purchased the same system exactly for a good chunk of change but I am having trouble finding 110,119,129.I can find the 110 or 119 with one dish each, but I can not find any with the 1000.2 dish.I have used angle calculators but still no luck.
Do you know if there is a certain order you must go in .eg. find the 119 then skew till the other two come in or maybe yI have to bypass the switch and dial each LNB individually.

At this point any input from anyone would be greatly appriceated...

I usually start with 110 and work from there.

If you have a 5 port LNB mount you can make your life a bit easier:

You'll be leaving 101 (marked empty) un populated. But this will help you a great deal.

These sell for $25.00 ... although look on fleabay you might get one a few $$$ cheaper.

Re: SONICVIEW SV-HD8000 Q Board installed 8psk built in with dish 1000

I finally found 119 with signal 70% and quality 99% but I am not finding any signal or quality on 110 or more importantly the129.
I have been told not to adjust the skew or elevation.
