when u went to 119,,did u switch ur tp freq from 12224 to 12239 ? try that,,it should get ur quality back

here is another tip ,,,go into antenna settings call up 110 ,,,go down to the lnb power option,,and disable it ,,,then go back to 119 ,,switch the tp freq to 12239, make sure lnb power is on,,, if sig/qual appears,,and 119 pops up again,,,then ur settings are correct and ur ready to channel scan 119,,,once ur done scanning it,,,go back to 110 ,,and turn the power back on for 110,,,if 110 still needs scanning,,go back to 119 ,,and turn the lnb power off first,,,,then go back to 110,,,,make sure lnb power is on,,u should get good sig/qual,,,do ur channel scan ,,,,once all done,,go back and turn on 119 lnb power,,,ur now ready ,,,switch ur box to channel 200 or 239,,do a hard reboot,,and let it sit for up to 20 mins
