It is easy to Decode any Program If you know how programming languages and Satellite system work. But only thing that is required is tools to decode it. Tools are highly expensive and cannot easily be obtain. Just a Hint: to a guy who is interested in decoding the satellite signal, I believe he needs, Spectrum Analyzer ( A good quality Spectrum Analyzer Cost from 10000 U.S dollar and above), And a Compiler for Modification. If you find both , you will become a Millionaire... HIP HIP HURRAY
