This is what one can tell about your dish:
If the LNB is centered - usually with 3 equal lenght and equally spaced arms, then it is a prime focus dish. If th LNB is not centerd, with a single arm with or without 2 additonal smaller arms, it is an offset dish.
Based on the satellite received it may have 2 LNBs with circular polarization, unless it needs to be moved for getting one satellite or the other with a single circular LNB.
More details may be given if you tell us what is written on the LNB/LNBs, how do they look, how many coax hooks they have and how are they marked, what is the receiver setting for LNB type and if there are any switches involved.
