I loaded the new bin file 217 after loading the factory default bin 116 and i got no signal on any satellite. I then did a factory default and now i get dashes across the front screen. Did i crash my CS7000?

Does anyone know how to reset the CS7000? I am not that good at this...i tried to follow the posts..but i guess it didn't work for me. HELP!!
