mount one LNB on the arm and aim the dish at 119 to get the best possible Q....now get a big hose clamp or some cable ties/zip ties and attach the 110 LNB to the right side of the 119 LNB (when looking from behind the dish).....

you will need to position the 110 LNB so that it is slightly higher or slightly lower than the 119 LNB (higher or lower will depend upon your location).....move the 110 LNB up and down until you get the best possible Q......
