Your data is correct, but there are 2 problems:

The first problem:
The 83.7 line is qiute far from the 115 (thit is about the average dish aiming between 110 and 119. This would require a SKEW - as from dishpointer - of 29.1 degrees. This is qite a large is SKEW.

The second problem:
The 30" round Wingard dish is meant for a single LNB. The DPPlus Twin LNB and specifically the fixed distance between the 2 LNBs it is made of, is designed for a smaller dish, with a shorter arm and focal distance - dish 500.

The above problems make it practically impossible to find a reasonable solution for getting acceptable results for both satellite locations.

The options to be considered, in my opinion are:

Rplacing the LNB with 2 separate LNBs and adding a suitable bracket to enable individual adjustment of each LNB in all directions for optimizing the Q readings for each satellite indepenently.

or:

Getting a dish 500 (may be for free) and mounting your DPPlus Twin LNB on it.
