Hi,
I have a viewsat extreme. It has been working fine until today when my father decided to play with one of the wires in the back of the box.(I believe it was the wire that connects the receiver to the TV.) Anyways, I cannot get it to work now. When I turn it on it says channel 100 and absolutely nothing appears; not even the menu or guide or mini guide. I tried resetting it through the back of the box and by downloading factory firmware to it but nothing has worked. All I am receiving is lines through the TV. If anyone knows what is wrong I would greatly appreciate your help because this sucks!
