I had that EXACT same thing... only I didn't have a switch installed.
Every time I would go into the antenna setup, all that would show would be the 110.0W.
I thought I needed a switch21...
When I went to buy one, the guy sold me a new DP LNB. Came home, installed it and re auto scanned, and I had all my channels.
So if you have another you can swap out, might be worth a test to see if that is it.
