frensh and english candian channel

Hi, i have a View sat Ultra 2000, and i dont know how to catch th frensh and english candian channels, please help me.

you have to point your dish at 91W thats the BEV sat

Please, did i need any update or code that allow me to see these channels. i point the dish to nimique 1, i get the signal , i made the blind research and i got all the channel , but until now , i didnt see the channel , i dont know what is the problem.
please help.

you will need to load the newest bin file for your receiver. check the viewsat ultra section for the newest file for your stb.

by BIN you mean the file that end by .PGM that we download every time the we stop receiving the signal.
