mybe u broke lnb when u dropped it or#2 got tp set wrong and or have 110, 119 on same number or#3 go to settings in the menu in your boxes make sure u got sats on right numbers as switch #3 make sure u put in switch settings to the type of switch u are using or switch is broke or u might have to set switch settings to legacy switch, if u are ussing a legacy switch??
