Welcome to the world of FTA and Coolsat. First off, currently , the coolsat 8000hd and 8100hd will not get HD signals other than over the air. The only channels in HD Coolsat use to get was on Bev, but that has all gone since Bev went N3. Coolsat never received HD channels on DN, so that is why you are not seeing anything on HD.

Right now we are down due to an ECM that started about 5pm Central Time last night so it's a wait and see how long and if we get a file for a fix and that can take "Who Knows".
