Hi All !

Topic should have said 110-119 Good, 129 Nothing

I can not get 129 to scan at all, tried all the menu options, just get a signal that shows sat 119 in top right corner, no quality at all

Using SV-4000 with dish 1000.2, no switches at all, no DISEqC, will 1 STB power this dish ? Tried OCS-DP 12282 Port 3 using freq 11500, menu does not have 11250 freq or any other freq besides 11500, 22K OFF, power-search-network ON, motor-legacy OFF

With 110-119 both having 80% signal and max quality, why won't 129 be aligned automatically as far as skew-elevation is concerned ? I'm almost sure the azimuth 239 degrees can't be wrong if 110-119 work, right ?

Also, any menu changes I make end up with NO SIGNAL when I exit the menu, To get signal back, I power off/on on the front panel. Same thing happens when I try a locked channel.

And Also, what sat would be best for a 2nd dish 500 pro to plug into to 1000.2 ? And, most of the PPV say wait for update, some work OK, what's up with that ?

It took me a day to realize that the skew-elevation wasn't the same using different dishes at the same zip code (500 vs 1000.2) so now 110 works !

Got 403 channels off 110-119, does that sound close ? Some duplicates
Haven't found any city specific networks yet, used to get lots when hooked to a DTV dish, but DTV dish missed most of the cable-movie channels

I was thinking of trying a Dish Pro PLUS dish next cause it is larger 24x30 ? It has 2 outputs and a glass cover on the LNB with a long focal length, is that a 1000.4 ? I thought it might be better during the rain-snow days ... it also has a DP-34 switch that came with it and a 500 (for sat 129 ?), but I can get a DP-44 switch if need be from a friend

Are there any lists that show what specific channels are on what sats ?
Like what sat has WSAZ TV from Chareslton, WV ?

Well, after 5 days, that's all I got ! How many questions to I get on 1 post ? !!!

Any more ideas that I can try ?
