Re: Strange issue with channels
I you will notice, you are getting 119 on port 2 and 129 on port 1. So where you think you are getting 110 is most likely 119 unless you have seperate lnb's and you have an 18 degree spacing between them. You are misalligned on your dish. Off by about 9.5 degrees +/-. You are picking up Ciel 2 where you should be getting 119 and getting 119 where you should be getting 110. Easy to do. When you get a good quality signal, the name of the satellite will appear above the signal graph.
Your dish needs to turn 9 degrees to the east and raise your elevation slightly. Your skew could be off a bit as well. I have seen this many time over and sometime they are off by 9 degrees in the other direction. Put a pencil mark on your beginning on azmith and elevation as well as skew.
I don't have a dish pointed at Ciel 2 yet. I just got my BUD in the air this weekend and am waitingon parts for it and on the arrival of my pansat 31 inch with Invacom quad LNBF. Already have the motor for it. Just give me a little bit of time and I'll be getting everything that get transmitted into my airspace.
