The only option that I have come across for 28 is to use a Linx box (Technomate 9100, Dreambox, Triple Dragon etc and a sharing option. There are a few decent FTA channels on that bird but as most people regard King Rupert's monopoly the same way they regard Scientology there is little talk or even hint of workarounds. Either that or the people in Europe aren't as smart as the people in N-America.
