Thanks for that link creative! i'm right on the edge of an E and D3 zone on the map.

My S stays up in the 90's. it's the Q that goes to 0. I had a problem with connections once before so all of my connections and wires are new, and water tight with heatshirink. I will give a try with the silicone on the LNB's and wait for the next rain to report back on the issue.
