Actually I did find some info....

however, Pentagon Channel on AMC 1 at 103.0 degrees West is

frequency 12100 transponder 20 (which probably translates to your box as 12100.20 if i understood my research correctly)

Research Channel on Galaxy 18 at 123.0 W
Freq 11805 tp 6 (11805.6 or 11805.06????)
Channel 1 (input as 0001 ?)
