There is an inherent risk in using IKS in that it is always connected to the server and is only connected to serve one purpose...... free sub programming.

There are alot of opposing opinions about IKS and I'm not going to try to sway anyone one way or the other. I do believe that the risk of getting busted is extremely low but at the same time there is a risk and you should be prepared to deal with it.
I cannot disagree with you but recall, Dave thought otherwise. Yes, he sent out thousands of letters demanding $10K from those who purchased equipment that could modify his cards. Not that they modified them, just that they could. This went on until a federal judge ruled Dave was out of line pursuing those who made the purchases but after Dave collected BIG BUCKS!

OK, so everybody agrees it is legal to download bins along with IKS stuff as long as you do not use it for subverting certain encryptions. And yes, a judge did rule agains Dave. But let me ask........ who is going to challenge Chuck and the Northern Provider with a lawsuit??? Who is ready to spend $500/hour attorney fees so the rest of us can enjoy the benefits of IKS???? Now I am not saying there is anything wrong with IKS at all!!!

I believe Chuck is going to jump on this IKS thing big time as its popularity explodes. The best advice was given some time ago by Carpenter1, Super Moderator. I suggest that everyone at least take the time to read his post!!!
