HD on a DVB card... I recommend a Genpix Skywalker 1 USB unit, handles all the turbo-8PSK and more.
as far as HD, you need codec, the H.264 will work if you spill a few $'s for CoreAVC product.
Now its hardware time Check out the video cards I run a Nvidia GeForce 8800 with 512MB ram on it. I don’t think the amount ram on the video card is that important, just that it can handle H.264.
If you have a high performance PC odds are your all set for the drain HD will put on it.
