I have a coolsat 1600 receiver box and a 32' satellite dish. I need to call someone in to help me set it up as I have no idea what I'm doing. They said that they need to know which satellite I want to get and it's coordinates. Also whether polarization is vertical or horizontal. I'm a complete novice and also completely out of my depth here. How do I find these things out ? I think that someone mentioned Galaxy 19 but am not sure if I could get that. All I want is some basic tv channels as with the switch to digital I currently get nothing.
I would be greatful for any constructive help.
