Suggest you point to 123W which has more US English channels. 97W is mostly foreign, Arab and Indian Channels. These are True Free To Air channels and you do not need any Bins other than the Factory Bin.

Yes a 32" dish will do fine but you will need a Linear LNB for these Satellites.
