If you have the dish 500 try these antenna settings.

Echo 7 119W
LNB Power: On
LNB Type: OCS-DP
LNB Freq: 11250
22KHz: Off
TP: 12239
DiSEqC: Port 1
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

Echo 8 110W
LNB Power: On
LNB Type: OCS-DP
LNB Freq: 11250
22KHz: Off
TP: 12224
DiSEqC: Port 2
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None
