If you have IP config in your menu then the Ihub file was loaded correctly,
assuming you used the latest. Did you input your Ihub settings??
Serial number etc etc?? Remeber, it's not plug and play.

Besides the receiver the Ihub has to be connected by hardwire or with 2 wireless network adapters, one at the Ihub end the other connect to your router.
