118.7W broadcasts low band circular (11.7-12.2GHz) and 119W broadcasts high band circular (12.2-12.7GHz), so there are no significant interactions despite the proximity. Many e-Bay sellers incorrectly advertise 118.7W as linear.
the dish 1000+ will work in good weather...but when it rains you will lose signal fast (at least it does on the superdish i am currently using.
