The LNB used for 118.7 cannot be used to pick up True FTA Sats like 97 or 123.
You need a Linear LNB.

My advise to anyone who wants to pick up True FTA sats is to get a Dish 30 to 39", a motor and a Invacom LNB which can pick up both Linear and Circular Satellites.
Now you can set up the dish to pick up all True FTA Sats and all Circular sats starting with 61.5, 82, 91, 110, 119, 129 etc.

Pick what ever channel you want and the dish will move to tnat sat and give you the picture. I know since I have one installed.
