Hi
we are trying to get our dish up and running, we have a signal of 81 and a quality of zero, not sure what is going on. There is a tree of in the distance that may be blocking our signal not totally sure if that is the problem or not. My hubby has a signal meter and he is getting a good signal, but the quality won't move.
We live close to watertown, NY, so I searched the net for the elevation (29 degrees). the problem is that my husband doesn't get a reading from that angle, but he does get one from 38 degrees
i don't know what the problem is.. at the beginning of summer we had it up and running, then we had a huge wind storm and my husband went to adjust it and never could get it back in.. the tree has grown so maybe it is blocking, just want to double check before we move it.
also elevation is up and down of sat. skew is what? the lnb angle??
