No, you just need to configure your STB to match your hardware.

If you have the Circular output of your LNB connected to the #1 input of your 4x1 switch, then you set your Circular sats such as 61.5, 110, 119, 129 to LNB1 and scan.

If you have the Linear output of your LNB connected to the #2 input of your 4x1 switch, then you set your Linear sats such as 97w and 123w to LNB 2 and scan.

Configure your Antenna Settings on your LNB to match your Hardware Setup for each sat, scan and then once you select a channel, the motor will move your dish to that sat.

Another good setup is to have a dedicated dish for 110/119 and a motorized setup for all other sats.

You can combine the two dishes with a 22KHz switch.
