Invacom lnbs in general are not better for motorized dishes, only the invacom quad lnb,

The quad lnb can receive both circular and linear signals, this is why its a good choice for a motorized dish,

If your talking about a standard linear lnb, then invacom are not really any better than a generic brand, this is assuming both lnbs have the same db noise figure
