Only a Legacy Twin will have a built in sw42 switch. A DP Twin has a built in DiSEqC Switch. If you were to use either one of these LNBs then you cannot feed them into another DiSEQc Switch externally.

You can go with one cable directly from a DP Twin to the receiver and you will have 119 on Port 1 and 110 on Port 2. Likewise if it is a Legacy Twin you can go directly with one cable to the receiver and SW42 LNB1 will carry 119 and sw42 LNB2 will carry 110.
