Lulu - as previously mentioned... it doesnt matter what you do, (ex; do factory setting, load latest bin, rescan sats, or worry about signal or quality).... you ARE NOT going to get anything on your tv. Everything is blacked out right now because of Ngra 3!! Yes I know you're frustrated about not making it work, but again, theres no sense in even trying right now, until theres a fix for N3. The only units that are partially working at this time are the units with IKS. So unless you get one of these, you're going to waiting and waiting - until someone surpasses N3. Or better yet, get a subscription or find another means of tv or cable. Again, I know you're upset, but be cautious of what you say to the members or mods here. Yes, you have a right to say what you want, but the mods and members also have the right NOT to help you with any FUTURE problems or questions that you may have! Best regards!
