My VS-Plat used to decode it without issues, but perhaps the VS team dropped support for it.
Is anybody watching any of those channels (like Pink, BN Bosnia, etc.).
If so, what bin are you using? What settings do you have?
I loaded the bin from 090614, hoping it would do the trick, but still no luck.
