ok when you got you true south from dishpointer.com then use a compass and stand under the arm and get the closest to true south . then move it to 110 sat with the motor once(make sure you have the proper long and lat for your location entered before moving) then once you move it on the sg 2100 you will see it is sitting on 110 location on the motor .. if it is then loosen the brackets on the mast to just move it slowly move it back to 110 echostar 8 once you are there and get a bit of quality (make sure not to move the motor anymore) get the best quality you can 100% if you can and once you are there tighen the clamps a bit and then elevation .. now go back in and then do what bill said and set up the 148 and try and move it there if it goes there and gives you a great signal qnd quality try 61.5 if you get both good then you are on the arc and you can tighen everything down (becareful not to crush the mast )
