The short is no if your neighbor doesn't mind you connecting with a second device; you need a wireless network bridge or game network extender or some here have used wireless printer servers; that wireless device will connect to your neighbors network and then you would hardwire your iHub to that wireless device; that's a real nice neighbor if he allows that setup;

Another less convenient means would be to configure your PC as a network gateway; connect the PC wirelessly to your neighbors network and then hardwire your iHub to your PC/laptop; not practical unless the two are within close proximity and you run your PC all the while you watch TV;
