the dish you use on a motor does not need to be capable of skewing.....the motor skews the dish for you, so the dish you are using seems fine.....

what i would suggest doing is.....go into your antenna setup and motor controls for 123W......enter your lat and long......select USALS and drive the dish to 123W.....

now go outside and aim your dish at 123W manually.....when adjusting horizontally you move the entire motor/dish assembly on the pole.....when adjusting vertically you move the dish only, not the motor.....

peak in the signal Q for 123W and you should be set.....

the LNB should be "straight up" in its holder (no skew)....the motor skews the dish/LNB on its own.....
