The signals will be PAL. I'm not sure it will do PAL but my coolsat 6100 will.

Almost everything thing is linear polarized. There are "TONS" of free satellites to view. You will definitely want a motor.

But you need a 30'' or bigger FTA dish and a "Universal LNB"

Those extra parts are available in Europe. You wont need to bring them with you.
