Wow! That reminds me of the OLD days of cable TV. When a small device "filter" would block the "BEEP,BEEP,BEEP" on a scrambled channel. They may be in use somewhere today, but with todays electronics most is done with "hits" to receivers you rent from the cable company to open up the cannel.
