I can tell you this much I was able to ping that server 64.71.255.198 where as I wasn't able to ping 77.93.75.89. Which tells me at least 64.71.255.198 IS online...and you should be able to connect to it for all intents and purposes. Make sure you don't have an I.P conflict going on....
